Traditional pressure vessels are limited to a single function: containment under pressure. TEMPEST is different.
Designed as a modular environmental platform, TEMPEST enables controlled transitions between vacuum, positive pressure, and thermally regulated conditioning cycles to fundamentally improve how advanced materials are synthesized, stabilized, infused, cured, and tempered.
Vacuum phases help evacuate trapped gases, moisture, and microscopic voids from porous structures and composite systems. Positive pressure phases then drive stabilization media deeper into those materials while compressing residual voids and increasing material density and consistency, all while maintaining precise thermal regulation of polymerization reactions.
By regulating environmental conditions throughout the entire process, not just pressure alone, TEMPEST enables stronger composites, improved material penetration, enhanced curing consistency, reduced porosity, and entirely new fabrication possibilities.
